Performances of “The Most Amazing Christmas Play Series in the Entire History of the World” and “North Pole Musical” will be in the 169-seat Beardsley Theater in downtown Muskegon.
Performances will be 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8, and Dec. 9 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

“The Most Amazing Christmas Play Series in the Entire History of the World” is four short plays that turn Christmas traditions on their heads: “Clausarella,” “Santa vs. The Garden Gnomes,” “Revenge of the Gingerbread Boy” and “Grandma Remembers Something.”
The show is being directed by Kurt McCool. The cast includes Brendan Cierlak, Jacob Cotner, Alison Mastee, Riley McEvoy, Jude Meldrum-Roy, Jackson Rajski, Katie Simonson Olivia Ward, Luke St. Germain, Bailey Wescott, Chloe Wilson and Ben Wyatt.
In “North Pole Musical,” auditions are underway for the 400th anniversary of the title show. Dancing reindeer, singing elves, snowmen worried about melting, and toys trying to do a three-minute “Nutcracker Suite” all have their problems.
Heather Benson McCallum is director and music director for “North Pole Musical.” The show is being choreographed by Jacqui Robinson.
The cast includes Audrey Baranski, Catherine Conrad, Mia Ebel, Sage Grimm, Maizilynn Hasty, Kendall Haynes, Shelby Haynes, Lucy Herlein, Cassidy Kuzinski, Dawson LaBrenz, Daphne Lamson, Chloe McLouth, Alexis Magalei, Arabella Magalei, Xavier Magalei, Grace Offman, Rebecca Peterson, Cambell Robinson, Emily Kate Stefanits and Shannon Wortelboer.
The production is appropriate for all ages.
